I had a transmission replaced approx 3 years ago. Back when i was in desperate need of a transmission fast for at the time this was the only car i had and my wife and i had to share it , i shopped around and the prices were just out of rhis world high for a trasmission and the wait to even have my vehicle looked at was a few weeks off. I called Jerry's and they worked me in, in just a few days and found that my tranmission was shot i kind of figured since it wouldn't move anymore. They gave me a quote which was cheaper than any other shop quoted me and i didn't have to wait nearly a month, they had my vehicle finished a couple days sooner than expected and was a little less than originally quoted. Its been three years and i just had a small issue my car, it wouldnt go in or out of gear it was stuck in reverse. I could see that the shift arm bushing on the transmission had broke off unrelated to anything Jerry's did. I called them they got me in right away no wait time and fixed my problem again unrelated to the replacement they done for me 3 years ago. They fixed my car and didn't charge me! Very reasonable estimate, I priced many shops before choosing Jerry's. They have a great reputation so I decided to go with them. Sent my 2018 Ford F-150 in for a transmission rebuild. They completed the work right on the time estimated. Our truck runs like it did when we bought it! Great warranty! Great service! Highly recommend!

This Transmission shop was EXCEPTIONAL with my car! They are super friendly, fairly priced, VERY transparent and honest. I have a 2018 Wrx that has performance mods that had a clutch, throw out and fork issue. I had an idea about the issue but not to the extent of their expertise. They looked at it and got back to me pretty quick. After finding the issue, they did there research on my car calling tuner shops and talking to parts places to see what best fit my car with the performance mods and consideration of how I drive my car. They installed high quality performance parts with special care and knowledge! They went beyond and fixed an issue I didn’t ask or tell about in my hood. By far the best transmission or even shop I’ve been to yet. Every person I spoke to was nice and knowledgeable - even willing to gain knowledge to ensure perfection! All together a great experience start to finish I would highly recommend for your daily driver or a tuned performance car!

Hi my name is James and I had to use my band account because Google doesn't want me to use my personal email lol. But let's get to the business of Jerry's, Jim is such a great guy and I never met anyone like him with the heart, honestly, and the way he holds himself, this was my second time bringing in my Camry that had the transmission go out 4 months after I bought it. And then this time there's a thing TCM that wasn't working, so the wonderful people at the warranty place said oh well we dont cover that. So it put the cost on the shop and customer! So I was fired up when I heard that cuz I didn't have the funds at that moment because it should have been covered buy the warranty company that's what I pay them for!!!! So to shorten this up Jerry's Transmission said hey this whole thing was not your fault it's totally them, so the great thing here is Jim this wonderful guy really really and I mean really took care of me, fixing the problem that the warranty company wouldn't and also seen a lose hose that was causing the O2 sensor coming on and he clean it and got it back together for me. I am so Blessed Right Now and Jim I owe you so much for all you have done for me and my son and

Jim was so patient and understanding with me and trying to diagnose a very stubborn car. Finally got it figured out. Thank you so much Jim and is amazing team of mechanics. and the sweet receptionist. The car runs so good now!!
